This unique outdoor event that began in 1995 is held in beautiful downtown Harrison, Arkansas. The Festival will kick off on Friday evening with The Hare and the Hound Balloon Race. The event will continue on Saturday morning with more Balloon Race Competitions.The evening's events will continue with balloons tethered to the ground for the exciting balloon glow. Tethered rides will be offered to the public for $5.00 if weather permits and last as long as the fuel permits. The ballooning events will continue through Sunday with an early morning Balloon Race Competitions for all to enjoy if weather permits. T-Shirt's and information will be available on the south west corner of the Harrison Square at the Regional Chamber of Commerce booth during the day on Saturday. Then Saturday evening t-shirt's and information booth will be at the First Federal Soccer Field. Come experience the "Hot Air Balloon Adventure with us!"
